Exchange Policy

If the delivered product was not as described on the website or arrived in a damaged condition, please contact us via WhatsApp at 0349-9193959.

This is applicable when:

  • Reported within 24 hours from the time of receiving the shipment.
  • Proof is provided in the form of unpacking videos or images of the reported product.

Once the complaint is registered and communicated with the courier services, the product will be picked up and a replacement will be dispatched within 15 working days.

Please note:

  • If the ordered product is not available, alternative options will be offered for selection.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition and with the original packing.

Note: Refund is not applicable in this case.

Refund Policy

  • No return or refund will be applicable if you receive the same product as seen on the website in perfect condition (change of mind is not applicable).
  • Promotional and discounted products are non-refundable.
