Terms and Conditions
General Terms
- We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Website. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
- The photo may include additional props that are for display purposes only and will not be included.
- The actual measurement may vary slightly due to manual measurement.
- 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking for timely order processing of standard orders.
- Deliveries are made within 25 working days after receiving full payment at the concerned store. In case payment is made by cheque, delivery will be made 25 working days after the amount is transferred.
- Cancellation of any order after payment is received will not be catered.
- Gift Card is not applicable on the category of Bazaar products.
- No return/refund will be applicable if you receive the same product as seen on the website in perfect condition (change of mind is not applicable).
- In case the customer delays order delivery beyond 30 days after the original delivery date, the order will be considered canceled and 20% cancellation charges of the order amount will be deducted.
Order Modification
- Any order can be changed or modified 10 days before delivery based on the following conditions:
1. New order amount is greater than or equal to the original order.
2. New delivery date will be communicated according to product availability.
3. Order cannot be changed or modified after delivery.
Delivery and Delivery Time
- All products in one order form will be delivered in one shipment.
- All complaints regarding incomplete delivery, defective, or incorrect goods must be reported to KSA Furniture (PVT) LTD. on the feedback/complaint form (RED Form) at the time of delivery.
If issues are not reported on the feedback/complaint form, it will be assumed that products are delivered in excellent condition and complaints will not be catered afterward. - Failure to inform the company of any alleged defect in accordance with the policy shall be conclusive evidence that KSA Furniture (PVT) LTD. has satisfactorily performed its obligations and that the products have been accepted without any defect, damage, or incorrect quantity.
- Delivery dates are submitted without liability for delay, however occasioned.
The company will not be liable for any compensation, damage, or refund for deliveries made beyond the delivery date and time.
Other Terms
- KSA Furniture (PVT) LTD. will not be responsible for any damage caused while taking goods through narrow corridors and stairwells.
- Deliveries above the ground floor will be charged extra if there is no cargo elevator available.
- Standard orders must be booked within 60 days.
- KSA Furniture (PVT) LTD. will not be liable for any advance orders beyond 60 days in the event of revision of prices, change in design, or discontinuation of the product.
- KSA Furniture (PVT) LTD. reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion.
Important Notes
- No warranty is committed for discounted, discontinued, or imported outdoor furniture products.
- We do not allow customization or modification of our furniture products (including installation of locks). Any such customization/modification will void the product warranty.
- Goods once sold/delivered and accepted will not be taken back or exchanged.

Force Majeure
KSA Furniture (PVT) LTD. shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill its obligations if prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, national emergency, terrorism, protests, riots, fire, flood, epidemic, strikes, lock-outs, or transportation delays.
Taxation
All applicable government taxes will be applied at the time of delivery.
